I have an input dataset like

Frank Group1::Group2::Group3
Mark Group1
Joe Group2::Group3

and I have to transform it to

Frank Group1
Frank Group2
Frang Group3
Mark Group1
Joe Group2
Joe Group3

Is there any component that I can use to do it ?
