I'm a newbie in graph machine learning and apologize if my question is silly. There is a model suggested in some paper for inductive link prediction, I need to use that model on my custom graph but I couldn't find out what the data structure is. this is the repo link: https://github.com/working-yuhao/DEAL
I just found out that the A_sp.npz file is an adjacency matrix in sparse format. can anybody help me with the other files? Thank you all in advance.
