I'm a student wanting to do some applied research.
The data I'm working with has 500 consumers, and for each consumer, there are 4 type of goods they bought and each are categorized by company. For example, there are company A, B, and C, and product type a, b, c, and d. For 1,2,..., n consumers, the dataset looks something like {(A,A,C,B), (C,B,nan,D),(A,B,B,C),..., (B,C,C,B)}.
If I would like to study the relationship between the consumer's choice of company across different type of goods they bought, what model could be appropriate for data? Please feel free to share any resources that you think will be beneficial.
