I'd like to test molecular generation using Pytorch geometric, I don't have any dataset to test it. PyG group is actully providing Graph AutoEncoder and Variational GAE, ARVGAE for such purpose. I can refer it for the molecular generation. Are there any good or benchmark dataset for the purpose of the molecular generation?
