I am attempting to fit with Python a histogram which presents a bimodal distribution. For now, I have tested to use the Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM) from Scikit-Learn, but I want to try with different combinations of distributions that are not Gaussian.
I found a lot of documentation on GMM, but not on what I am trying to achieve. Do you have an idea?
For instance, I would like to try to fit a mixture of a Gamma Distribution and a Gaussian Distribution and test different kind of possibilities with other laws as Lognormal, Gumbel ...
