I'm a beginner to machine learning and AI so I really could you some guidance on this.

I am currently comparing two different datasets with different classification algorithms. One of the datasets has roughly 25,000 features per sample while the other has around 2,500 features per sample. Would it invalidate the comparison between the two datasets if I performed Boruta feature selection upon both with the same number of iterations?
