The Above code uses logistic regression With the CNN in Keras. How do I get the score assigned to each image by the logistic regression function.

The evaluate method return the loss value & metrics values for the model in test mode. Instead You should use

y_pred = model.predict(x_test, batch_size=batch_size)

As it generates output predictions for the input samples. For more information, read Keras official documentation.
