I am building a model to predict the price of an Airbnb listing.
Using OSM("https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Downloading_data") and Airbnb listing("http://insideairbnb.com/get-the-data.html") dataset to get the relevant information.
My plan is to model using the Airbnb location, and nearby attraction(such as restaurants, clubs, parks etc).
Using the above model to predict the data
I am not sure if the plan is good for a beginner's project. And want to know how to actually approach the problem.
