im very new to this - I have a dataset of some patients with certain symptoms of sleep apnea. They were assessed for the risk of Sleep Apnea using ESS, BQ, SBQ and SACS (different testing methodologies) . So we really do not know which test method is better than the other, so was thinking of creating one collective score based on a patient's individual ESS,BQ,SBQ,SACS scores.

Question is how to achieve this single collective score? if there would be some disadvantages to consider?
