I'm looking for ideas how to plot many Tukey HSD results. My origianl dataframe has 3 treatments. The values of each patient were measured every day for one month. One-way ANOVA has shown that there is significant difference betwen the treatments, and now I want to see which treatment significantly differed from each other, but on a daily basis. So I have run Tukey test for every day (that was significant in the ANOVA).
now have many plots like enter image description herethis:

At te moment I just put all the days together in order to show the trend (in the begining treatment a differed only from b, then all differ ect), by put all those plots together, something like this:

My question is if there is any way I could "reduce" this visualization, so I can display it on one graph and tell there which groups differed from each other at which day. Basically, looking for ideas.
